It's taken from their masterpiece 1997 album Dots and Loops. This is one of the greateset songs in the history of pop in my opinion. It's got a wonderful horn arrangement, a catchy beat, and of course a beautiful vocal performance. As with all Stereolab you will get the best experience by listening on headphones. Stereolab is one of the ultimate headphone bands because of their studio perfectionism. "Miss Modular" is pure polish, pure sound candy. I suggest you have a taste yourself!
Television - "Marquee Moon" - This is a song that exemplifies everything great about guitar playing. There are many guitarists out there that can bore me to tears with their technical skill but then there is the splendid guitar work in "Marquee Moon" that is something else entirely. This is the true definition of a guitar epic. If you love the guitar but are often bored with what guitarists do with it, then this is the track for you. Television
